What this site collects

If you submit a form (OCR interest, Suite waitlist, or contact), we receive the fields you provide (such as name, email, company, message). Until a hosted form backend is connected, submissions may be delivered via your email client to contact@accie.ai.

Product data

When you use Accie OCR or other Accie products, document content and account data are processed to provide the service. We design for organisation isolation and India-region processing direction. Details for a specific deployment are available on request.

Purpose & legal bases (high level)

We use contact data to respond to enquiries and operate waitlists. We use product data to deliver OCR/suite features, security, billing, and support. Under India’s DPDP framework we aim for lawful purpose limitation and reasonable security safeguards.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Infrastructure and email subprocessors may process data to run the service — we will list them for customers as the production stack freezes.

Retention

Marketing form data is kept as long as needed to respond and, for waitlists, until you ask to be removed or the programme ends. Product retention follows plan settings and product documentation.
